Providing a Sustainability Coaching Brand with a Custom WordPress Solution

ImpactTime-featured

Who Is Our Client?

impactTIME – A coaching company focused on ESG and Sustainable Development Goals. With over 25 years of experience, impactTIME’s founders have helped businesses with strategic planning, organizational changes, business development, and executive coaching.

For businesses, who want to make a real impact, impactTIME has the experience and commitment to make it happen.

After searching for the best WordPress agency to partner with, they chose us because of our expertise in sustainable projects. Our partnership with green companies and businesses that deal with renewable energy, like this Californian solar business for which we recently created a successful sales funnel, helped cement the decision.

What Was the Challenge?

impactTIME is a leader in sustainability coaching. They had a specific vision and needed a website to represent their decades of experience and comprehensive framework in an easy-to-understand style. A digital space that would not only represent their coaching services but also highlight their commitment to sustainable development projects.

The project also had to be done in a timely manner. Their brand, impactTIME, had a unique framework that needed to be presented promptly. In just 4 weeks, with only 4 feedback meetings, we turned their vision into reality and presented their audience with a UX that is both familiar to them and in line with their story.

Our partner wanted their brand to be clean, purposeful, and have the same aesthetic found in other leading sustainability brands. This included being able to communicate their most important goals in a minimalistic way while standing out from other websites already on the market. They wanted to focus on impactTIME’s colorful presence.

The key challenge was delivering a final product that:

  • Met professional standards
  • Was customizable and maintainable by the client
  • Could handle online courses
  • Remained within an affordable budget
  • Was visually appealing and could showcase their projects and initiatives

The website needed to encompass all of this while still integrating essential tools for analytics, lead generation, and SEO.

Additionally, the client required a site that allowed them to make their own updates and modifications after the initial setup, so it needed to be intuitive and user-friendly.

How Did We Solve Everything?

To strike the perfect balance between customization and cost-effectiveness, we proposed building the site using Divi. If you are not familiar with it, it is a versatile WordPress theme known for its flexibility and ease of use.

Besides the functionality of the theme, we were looking for a solution that could host webinars and courses. Since this would be one of the avenues for the client, it was not optional. It was a necessity.

After we got in touch with Divi’s team and did more thorough research, we discovered that Tutor LMS would be the most affordable, and functional integration for this. The best thing – Tutor LMS can be installed at any point in the website-building process.

After reviewing plenty of layout options with the client, we selected a combination of the best design elements within Divi. Using sections from 4 different layouts our Development team built a website that has content that flows consistently. We aimed for the professional look they desired while keeping the user interface simple for future content management.

The project was highly collaborative.

The client’s creative agency provided some of the brand assets, and we worked closely with them to ensure the final design reflected the client’s vision. On top of that, our Design team made sure the aesthetics were consistent, yet colorful enough to grab and keep the attention of the user.  Our goal was to tailor our work to what our client wanted, which was achieved after four feedback sections that included website adjustments in real time.

We also had time to experiment on the calls,  rearranging sections, and altering fonts and colors. Working closely with impactTIME, Devrix managed to build an impressive vision behind their brand.

impactTIME’s content focused on sustainability projects and coaching services, so we structured the site in a way that allowed these key elements to shine.

The site’s visuals were influenced by the clean lines and structured layouts of the biggest SDGs websites which made the visualization both familiar and unique. We maintained a consistent color scheme that matched their branding, ensuring their message of sustainability was reflected visually throughout.

What Were the Key Integrations?

Beyond the design, the client required essential integrations to ensure their website was functional and optimized for growth. The tools we used were:

  1. Google Analytics for traffic tracking.
  2. HubSpot to capture leads and manage newsletter signups through custom contact forms.
  3. YoastSEO to help the client with search engine optimization.
  4. CookieYes to ensure the site met compliance standards, making the user experience secure and meeting EU and GDPR regulations.

The Action Plan and the Results

The project was completed in a swift and organized manner. How? Thanks to structured communication and task management that was straightforward and clear.

The framework of impactTIME is a complex product that helps business leaders transform their business models toward sustainability. It was important to present the information not in a boring, and static way, but in an exciting and dynamic one.

To engage better with users, our Development team used a combination of pre-built sections together with 3 custom-coded sections.

We reviewed each design iteration and adjusted accordingly to client feedback in a swift manner that maintained momentum. Our partners were not only impressed by the final product but also by how efficiently the project was handled as a whole.

After the initial launch, the client was given full control of the website, allowing them to manage their content and projects autonomously.

Thanks to the Divi framework, chosen specifically for its intuitive interface, it was easy for them to handle future updates without any ongoing technical support.

The final result was a site that was professional, yet simple for the client to manage. It represented perfectly the brand’s values and mission. The website not only highlights their work and achievements but also teaches visitors how the impactTIME framework drives sustainable growth.

What Did impactTIME Have to Say?

Our client was excited and helpful not only during the process but about the outcome as well. Their feedback was brief but more than sufficient: “Bravo! You are very efficient.”
