RECRUITMENT DATA

We may collect information related to you and your professional background (“Recruitment Data”) whenever you apply for a job or an internship with us via our application tool, available here or via our social media profiles. Recruitment data may include, but is not limited to your:

  • Name
  • Email address and other contact details
  • Address
  • Professional and academic experience and background
  • Qualifications
  • Renumeration and position expectations
  • Date of birth and personal ID number
  • Other information contained in your CV and/or your LinkedIn profile

The purpose of processing Recruitment data is to carry out our recruitment process for open job positions with us and to evaluate whether you are a suitable candidate for any of these positions. Recruitment data shall not be used by us for any other purposes, unrelated to the recruitment process, i.e. for marketing purposes. The legal basis for processing Recruitment data is the protection of our legitimate interest which is to find the best suitable candidate for our open position. In case we select you to join our team, we will need further information about you, which is required by labor laws in order for us to enter into an employment or similar contract with you. In these cases, the basis for processing such personal data is a fulfillment of our legal obligations in our capacity of employer. Recruitment data may be retained by us for a period of up to 6 (six) months since we receive the data. This period may be extended with your explicit consent only. Unless you are a successful candidate and join our team, the Recruitment data will be deleted after the expiry of the above-mentioned period.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

Comments and Accounts Cookies

DevriX may process your Personal Data because:

Retention of Data

DevriX will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

DevriX will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
