DevriX is a Bulgarian-based Revenue Operations company, which also ranks as one of the top 20 WordPress agencies worldwide with WordPress design and development.

We're looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join our collaborative Project Management team at our office in Sofia. You'll help plan and deliver multiple projects at different stages of production, on schedule and within a monthly budget, working side by side with our Production teams in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking care of the daily tasks needed to keep our projects running smoothly. This means helping with administrative work for specific projects, coordinating the actions of other team members while ensuring that everyone is working toward the same goals on the same schedule.

Coordination & Planning

  1. Coordinating cross-functional teams and their activities.
  2. Planning project sprints and helping with their execution.

Communication & Risk

  1. Ensuring accurate communication in ways to enhance understanding.
  2. Identifying and indicating risks to the success of the projects.

Delivery & Budget

  1. Escalating issues related to schedules, working methods, resources, staff matters, or technical difficulties through appropriate channels timely.
  2. Keeping track of budgeting details.
