About the Company

DevriX is a Bulgarian-based WordPress design and development company ranking as one of the top 20 WordPress agencies worldwide. Aside from our ongoing client work, we are actively contributing to the WordPress community – the Core platform, open-source plugins and themes, and our large portfolio of custom plugins.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who is also interested in growing their career as a rounded HR professional in the IT industry. The Recruitment Rep position will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our technical and non-technical positions.

The position can be considered a start of the career path for people with aspirations to develop further in the HR field.

What you’ll do:

  • Partnering with hiring managers and teams to define hiring needs and recruiting process for each position.
  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to ensure a diverse pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Maintaining candidate database to keep track of open roles.
  • Screening candidates, scheduling calls and interviews.
  • Providing excellent candidate experience and building relationships with potential and existing candidates.
  • Posting job openings.
  • Coordinating internal HR documentation and providing diverse administrative support to the management and employees such as keeping track of holidays, sick leaves, maternity/paternity leaves, employee schedules, and various HR-related topics.
  • Assisting the onboarding of new employees.
  • Participating in hiring events such as job fairs, and networking events.
